This is my concept for an HO Scale layout room.

• Area : 11'0 x 29'4.
• Wall Finish : Sheetrock, flat texure suface, initially painted sky blue
• Room Access : Walk-in preferred, possible Nod-under
• Door Wall is interior wall, all other walls exterior. Door can be relocated anywhere along interior wall.
• Finish Ceiling : Suspended ceiling at 8' with 2'x2' tiles.
• Rough Ceiling : Sheetrock finish at 10'
• Lighing : Room - Flourescent
• Electrical : AC Power requirements TBD
• Enviroment : Dedicated HVAC System
• Status : Non-existance as of 01-01-05, to be contructed from an existing office 11' x 11' and unused storage area out of a 900 sq. ft. garage

• Operations : Switching using RailOp, must have continuous running for wife
• Staging : 7 Tracks in horizonal sliding drawer
• System Control : EasyDCC with Tether and/or Wireless Trottles
• Turnout Control : Tortoise Slow Motion Switch Machine utilizing control panel switches
